You can have some seriously disastrous things happen but as long as your customer service does their job and let their customers know that they're doing everything they can to resolve your problem then that's going to keep people from going straight to the comments like all I'm dumping this subscription immediately you know what I mean? That being said I think that it would benefit them immensely to either send out an email to every single one of their customers letting them know there's issues and that they're aware of them and are working to resolve them or honestly even putting it straight up on their webpage so that everybody that visits it looking for support will see that and know that they're working on it. Honestly though, after committing only maybe 10 minutes of searching the internet trying to see if there are other people having issues I'd say this is pretty much across-the-board so it's not isolated to specific Hardware or people in certain locations. But the previous VPN worked fantastic for me and honestly really did appreciate all the choices you had with regards to server locations.

I still love newshosting and usenetserver I don't have any issues with the Usenet side of their business and at least of my situation I got the VPN sub for free with my $20 subscription with newshosting so I don't feel like I'm out anything. I have been a beta tester for other services and they were vastly superior to these clowns. I don't know how many subscribers Newshosting has, and how many of them even use the VPN, but think that number is far more than this little company can handle. I don't think they are even ready for beta testers yet. They need to either ramp up or get some people who know what they are doing to get it operational. However after using this product for a few days I realize how terrible it is. Am also guessing they probably have an owner who might also be the sole employee until this thing takes off.ĭon't get me wrong, I love small businesses and admire people who take on challenges. I'm guessing Newshosting is their only client, and as such any Newshosting customer using it is a beta tester for them. My take is they are not very experienced, which accounts for the slow logins and dropped connection.

Looks like very little experience, and nothing says professionalism ilke as your registrar in my opinion, but you are free to your own opinion. They registered the domain 160 days ago using as their registrar. Looks like Privado is a very very new kid on the block. This includes hacking, using a loophole, or other methods not publicly advertised by the usenet provider. No promoting of 'backdoor' access into usenet providers' networks. We do not allow attempts to request/offer/buy/sell/trade/share invites or accounts. We will even add flair to your username after verification.
